THE SUNDAY COLLECTION · No. 01
The Sunday
Browned butter, dark chocolate, a touch of rye, and flaky salt. Crisp at the edges, soft in the middle, and baked in small batches.

BETTER THAN ORDINARY
The Sunday’s Finest Chocolate Chunk Cookie
We brown the butter until it’s deep and nutty, then add just a touch of rye flour for warmth and depth. Dark chocolate keeps things rich without being overly sweet, and a finish of flaky salt brings it all together. A few small choices that make a very familiar cookie feel like something special.
THE SUNDAY COLLECTION · No. 02
The Bread
Baked in small batches with a tender crumb and plenty of moisture, our little loaves are just the right size for breakfast, afternoon coffee, or leaving on someone's doorstep. Choose classic Banana Chocolate Chip or Zucchini — or, naturally, take one of each.

SOMETHING FOR THE SEASON
Because Seasons Change
Our Mini Loaves change with the seasons, but they’re always baked in small batches and made for sharing. Look for favorites like Banana Chocolate, Zucchini Orange Cinnamon, Lemon Poppy Seed, Pumpkin Spice, Cranberry Orange, and whatever else happens to sound especially good that week.
Pick a favorite. Or take a couple home — Sundays are long.
THE SUNDAY COLLECTION · No. 03
The Carolyn
Signature Angel Food Cake with Coffee & Almond Icing
Light, airy angel food cake finished with a rich coffee-butter icing and toasted almonds. Sweet, nutty, and just a little unexpected — the kind of cake that belongs beside a good cup of coffee and a long Sunday afternoon.

A RECIPE WITH A STORY
The Carolyn No. 03
Our 3" diameter Angel Food Cake Globes are inspired by the timeless Neiman Marcus recipe made famous by legendary Texas chef Helen Corbitt. We’ve kept the spirit of the original — a light, airy cake with a rich, coffee-infused buttercream icing and sliced almonds — and made it our own for today’s table. A perfect globe designed for sharing...or to be kept just for yourself.A little bit of history, a lot of flavor, and always a good reason to slow down.

Made for Sundays.
And the Other Six Days.
Sunday’s Finest Bakehouse started with a simple idea: make really good things, from scratch, in small batches. We’re a tiny San Antonio bakehouse with a weakness for browned butter, good chocolate, old-fashioned recipes, and the belief that something fresh from the oven can make an ordinary day feel a little more like Sunday.

The Story of Sunday’s Finest
A Recipe. A Story. A Tradition.
Sunday’s Finest was born from a collection of family memories — a time when getting dressed up was part of the occasion, shopping downtown felt special, and recipes were passed from one generation to the next.At the heart of our story is a coffee angel food cake that has been loved in our family for generations. Light and airy, finished with coffee buttercream and slivered almonds, it became more than a dessert. It became part of birthdays, celebrations and memories around the table.Sunday’s Finest is inspired by those simple traditions — beautiful cakes and cookies, favorite recipes, special occasions, and the belief that sometimes the smallest details can make an ordinary day feel memorable. It is our way of preserving a little of what we loved, while creating something new to share.
